She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. DeVault and Ethel A. DeVault (Sprouse); her husband David Bell, Sr.; and her siblings, James DeVault, Jr., Ethel Labora, Mary Myers and William DeVault.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Stout (John), David Bell (Kasey), Randy Bell (Kim) and Leslie Bell; and her sister Norma Turner. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Brucker-Baker Funeral Home (34 N Main St, Utica, OH 43080). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
