He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Sawyer and Donald Kull (Marilyn); and his nieces and nephews, Cathy Trevithick (Doug), Carol Monson (David), Cheryl Eads (Gary), Kimberly Nease (Brian), Barbie Kull, Deborah Turley (Bruce), Andrea Putnam (Bill), Richard Wilson, Gregory Kull (Jennifer) and Robert Kull.
