She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Henry Clark and Velma Ora Schowalter Clark; her husband Virgil Carr; her daughter Tisha Carr; her granddaughter Lori Lynn; and her siblings, Maxine Lowery, Charlotte Carr, Vickie Iddings, John, Lawrence and Willard Frank Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Allison (Rusty) of Millfield, Tracey VanDyke (Trevis) of Millfield, Cindy Higgins (Gary) of Ozark, Missouri and Nick Carr (Shirley) of Millfield; and her brother Ronnie "Joe" Clark of The Plains. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Jagers Funeral Home (24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jagers & Sons Funeral Home (24 Morris Ave, Athens, OH 45701). A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Bates Cemetery (4682 Pleasant Hill Rd, Athens, OH 45701).
