He was predeceased by: his wife Robin Chenoweth (Mayfield). He is survived by: his children, Victoria Mayfield (Carson Williams) of McDonald, OH, Rachael Chenoweth (Tyler Cluse) of Niles, OH and Michael Chenoweth of Mineral Ridge, OH; and his sister Marilyn Chenoweth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
