He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crater and Geraldine Crater (Keister); and his wife Lisa Crater (Mitchell). He is survived by: his children, Aarenda Crater (Corey Sullivan) of Minerva, Carissa Johns of Minerva and Christopher "Bubby" Crater of Minerva; his niece Amy (Jesse Arntz); his siblings, Susan DeLong (Bob) of Malvern, Karen Kutscher (Bob) of Minerva and Nevin Crater (Barbara) of Malvern; and his grandchildren, Braden, Kendra, Phoenix, Joey and Declan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home (206 E Lincolnway, Minerva, OH 44657). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home, Inc. (206 E Lincolnway, Minerva, OH 44657).
