She was predeceased by: her father Douglas Witt; and her stepfather John Gilligan. She is survived by: her mother Marion Gilligan (Hoch); her husband Erick L. Moyer; her children, Victoria Anne Popow and Logan Jay Popow; her stepson Glenn Allen Moyer; and her brother Sean Gilligan.
