He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chaddock and Doris Chaddock (Booth); his sons, David and Joseph; his siblings, Karen and Roy; and his sister-in-law Donna Chaddock.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Francis Pariano; his children, Gary Chaddock (Nicole), Joe Chaddock (Susan) and Kristy Pero (Randall); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Cummings (Jake), Josie Chaddock (Gabe Kynard), Abby Chaddock, Ellie Chaddock, Jay Chaddock (Peyton), Luke Chaddock, Nick Chaddock, Rudy Pero, Klara Pero, Reid Pero, Kynsie Pero, Kora Pero and Kiersyn Pero; his brother Dennis Chaddock (Debbie); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Pariano (Lisa) and Linda Pariano.
