He is survived by: his parents, Charles Hopkins and Linda Hopkins (Randal) of Orrville; his wife Felicia Ferrell; his children, Lexi, Savannah and Nate Ferrell; his brother Rich Ferrell (Trisha) of Minerva; his stepsisters, Brittany Schammert (Jordan) and Connie Marling of Zanesville; and his grandmother Joan Hopkins of Newton Falls.
