He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Fritz and Anna J. Fritz (Lewis); and his brother Michael Fritz. He is survived by: his former wife Michele Fritz (Lewis); his children, Maggie M. Ray (Mitchell) of Canton and Zachary L. Fritz (Allison) of Kinston, NC; his grandchildren, Blair, Darcy, Heath Ray, Brady Fritz and Addison Fritz; and his sister Cheryl Dolin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
