He is survived by: his mother Linda Morgan (Kehl) of Albany; his children, Abby Toalston (Carl) of Minerva and Ben Morgan of East Palestine; his siblings, Barbara Baines (Joe) of Albany, Gayle Campero of Norman Park, Georgia and Mike Morgan (Lisa) of Minerva; and his grandchildren, Blake Spiker, Hailey Morgan, Brett Snyder, Ava Morgan and Noah Morgan.
