He is survived by: his father James Smith of Minerva; his wife Heather Smith (Wilson); his children, Alyssa Bennett (Brendan) of Cortland, Rylan Smith (Jorden Baker) of Minerva and Ruger Smith of Minerva; his sister Shelly Ridzon (Rich) of Carrollton; his siblings-in-law, Christy Hawk of Rauslin Mills, A. J. and Taylor Mills; his nieces and nephews, Wyatt Ridzon, Lane, Logan Hawk and Tate Mills; and his mother-in-law Jodi Mills.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Minerva Youth Football Program.
