She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Brisker and Charlotte L. Brisker (McLaughlin); and her siblings-in-law, Harold Risner, Darrell Risner, Delano Risner and Judith Risner.
She is survived by: her husband C. Eugene Risner; her children, Mark Risner (Autumn) and Melissa Boggs (Michael); her grandchildren, Marissa West (Alecs), Matthew Risner (Andrea), Maggie Risner and Nicholas Boggs; her great grandchild Charlotte West; her sisters, Helen Brisker and Lillie Mullins (J. D.); and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Risner, John Risner (Debbie), Sue Lebrun (Ron), Connie Risner and Bonnie Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sunshine Church of Christ (20 Barklow Rd, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
