He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Justice and Ada Justice (Kerr); and his sister Phyllis Sparks. He is survived by: his son Joshua Justice of Lawrence County, Ohio; and his sister Janet King of Pataskala, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with several great- nieces and great- nephews.
