He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Pina May Casebolt (Johnson); his wife Juanita Ruth Casebolt; and his siblings, John, Hiram, Fon, Willie, Paul, Lawrence, Lon Casebolt, Bessie Elam, Juanita "June" Elam, Clara Meyers, Blanche Carson, Flora Duduit, Pina Maynard and Ruth Hite.
He is survived by: his children, Vancil Casebolt (Cindy), Vicki Lynn Sussman, Pina Jean Barcus (Michael) and Deborah Kay Beckett (Bill). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Salem Church, 2299 Salem Road, Minford, Ohio 45653.
