He is survived by: his wife Tammy Blackburn (Culp); his sons, Randal Blackburn, Michael Blackburn and Tom Pitts; and his siblings, Fern Angle, Fredia Gampp and Danny Blackburn. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
