She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jones and Ritter Adams Jones; her husband Roger K. Allen; and her siblings, William Jones and Helen Ramsey.
She is survived by: her children, Norman Allen (Angela) of Wheelersburg, Marylin Turner (Harold) of Wheelersburg and Barbara Caudill (Paris) of Minford; her grandchildren, Kristie Johnson (Jason), Jessica Plannick (Zack), Devan Parker, Candace Allen, Henry Allen, Sweden Walke and Autumn Riffe (Austin); her great grandchildren, Megan, Miranda, Tate of Jerris, JJ, Allison, Claire, Finley, Sullivan and Summit; and her friend Velma Feagans.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice, as Ramona and Roger were constantly donating their time and talents throughout the county, to various organizations.
