With sadness, we share the passing of Roger Lee Blackburn of Minford, Ohio. Roger, born on September 12, 1943, passed away on July 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frinnie Blackburn and Cynthia Blackburn (Hurst); and his brother Gary Blackburn. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Blackburn (Hall); his daughters, Cindy Blackburn and Crystal Stiltner (Mark); his grandchildren, Amber Pate (Brandon), David Dowdy (Autumn) and Megan Large; his great grandchildren, Easton Large, Natalee Pate, Sam Pate, Piper Dowdy, Annie Dowdy and Calvin Dowdy; his brother Wayne Blackburn; his nephew Nathan Blackburn; his cousin Dianne Osbourne (Hurst); and his brother-in-law Larry Oppy.
