He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline "Jackie" Foster Smith; and his wife Maya Smith. He is survived by: his father Tim Smith; his brothers, Charles Thomas and Timothy; and his grandparents, Nancy Smith and Russell Foster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
