She is survived by: her children, Andrea J. Duska of Mingo Junction, OH and Michael Duska (Jill) of Mingo Junction, OH; her son-in-law John McEwen of Gahanna, OH; her brother John D. Olexa of Steubenville, OH; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Shoemaker (Adam), Jacob Duska (Devon) and Andrew Duska; her great grandchildren, Emily Shoemaker, Jack Henry Shoemaker and Lucy Jean Duska; and her sister-in-law Maryann Geltz of Wexford, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
