She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Eddy and Shirley Eddy (Bickerstaff); her husband George "Duck" Lash; and her siblings, Curtis Howell and Charmaine Pierce Strohmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, James Lash of Mingo Junction, OH and Julie Lash of Mingo Junction, OH; her brothers, Thomas Eddy (Patty) of Mingo Junction, OH and James "Jimmy" Eddy of Mingo Junction, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Lash (Donna) of Mingo Junction, OH and Donna Jimenez (Fernando) of Port Hueneme, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
