He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Grover and Grace Elva Hoover Fisher; his stepfather Thomas Fellows; his sisters, Beverly Keiper, Barbara Sabadas and Haila McCammon; his brother-in-law Bob Keiper; and his niece Tracy Keiper.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy Fisher; and his daughter Crystal Faith Fisher.
