She is survived by: her children, Howard C. Koslik (Mary) and Dorothy Panetta; her grandchildren, J. R. Koslik (Cindy), Thaddeus Koslik (Tracie), Jodi Boyd, Denise Lyons, Kelly Bethel, Thomas Staudacher, Jessica Sax (Bob), Jeremiah Pleise, Kimberly Walden (Kevin), Melinda Koslik, Joshua Koslik, Nickolas Koslik and Crystal Koslik (Crystal Schramm); and her sons-in-law, Edward Pleise and Thomas Staudacher. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
