She is survived by: her children, Dawn Powell (John LaRue) of Mingo Junction, OH and Chris Smith (Diana "Dee") of Mingo Junction, OH; her daughter-in-law Roberta Smith of Steubenville, OH; her brothers, William "Bill" Flowers of Georgia and Curtis Flowers of Georgia; her uncle Tommy Grissett; her grandchildren, Charles Ortiz, Jr. (Michelle), Amber Smith (Austin Boso), Amelia Smith, Brandon Powell (Sophie Southern) and Mary Richards; and her great grandchildren, Kaydence, Trey, Chloe, Luke, Amylee and Novah.
