He was predeceased by: his father Gene Wilson. He is survived by: his mother Rose M. Norris (Wise); his sons, Marcus Allen Wise of South Carolina and Alexander Wise of Scio, OH; and his brothers, Anthony L. Wise and Matthew T. Norris of Warren.
