He is survived by: his wife Misty Dawn Farnsworth (Quinn); his brothers, David Michael Farnsworth Jr. (Kriestel Grennell) of Steubenville, Donald Farnsworth (Diana) of Tiltonsville and Richie Farnsworth (Tina) of Steubenville; and his mother-in-law Joyce Boehke of Brilliant. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
