The memory of Larry K. He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbert A. Starr and Susan M. Starr (Mazik); and his wife Judith F. "Judy" Starr (Pearce). He is survived by : his children, Larry Allen Starr (Christina Godsil) of Marysville, OH and Stacey Handzus (Keith) of Mingo Junction, OH; his sister Charlene Rae Pearce of Marysville, OH; and his grandchildren, Robert Handzus, Jr. (Nancy) of Mingo Junction, OH, Bryan Handzus (Elizabeth) of Benwood, WV, Kayelynn Handzus of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, AmberLeigh Molby (Nathan) of Grove City, OH, Addison Starr of Lewis Center, OH and Annika Starr of Dublin, OH. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mark Lutheran Church (133 Lovers Ln, Steubenville, OH 43953). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be directed in Larry's name to the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
