He is survived by: his children, Larry Allen Starr (Christina Godsil) of Marysville, OH and Stacey Handzus (Keith) of Mingo Junction, OH; his sister Charlene Rae Pearce of Marysville, OH; and his grandchildren, Robert Handzus, Jr. (Nancy) of Mingo Junction, OH, Bryan Handzus (Elizabeth) of Benwood, WV, Kayelynn Handzus of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, AmberLeigh Molby (Nathan) of Grove City, OH, Addison Starr of Lewis Center, OH and Annika Starr of Dublin, OH. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
