He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh O. Starr and Helen E. Starr (Winski); and his siblings, Martha June Wycoff, Patricia Lou Sellitti, Garnet Sue Kobily (Giggy) and Roland Starr.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Starr (Kearney); his children, Leonard H. Starr (Angela) of New Alexandria, OH, Jeffery Starr of Westerville, OH and Jannette Starr-Bowen (William) of Delaware, OH; his grandchildren, Dustin Starr, Scott Starr (Elizabeth), Derek Starr, Hunter Starr, Slade Starr-Bowen and Atticus Starr-Bowen; and his great grandchildren, Stella Starr, Auna Roe, Neena Starr, Kason Starr and Ryker Starr. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
