With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lewis Thompson Jr. of Mingo Junction, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Sr. Thompson and Minnie L. Thompson; his siblings, Azzie Gregory, Viola Thompson and Rickey D. Thompson; and his nephews, Arthur "Artie" Thompson, Kirk Jones and Kenneth "Peachy" M. Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Thompson; his children, Antonio Thompson Sr. and Stephanie Tyson (Harold); his grandchildren, Antonio Jr., Whitney, Lamar, Omar, Chrissy and Tyasiah; his great grandchildren, Catalina and Lamar Jr.; and his siblings, Deane Bonner (Jesse), Arthur "Dead Eye" Thompson (Dee) and Earlean V. Jones. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
