She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete "Pip" Price and Mary Catherine "Kitty" Price (Balonovich); and her sister Susan Price. She is survived by: her husband Fred F. Fadeley; her daughters, Marci Fadeley of Columbus, OH and Danielle Davis (Brent) of Cambridge, OH; her brothers, Paul James Price of Steubenville, OH, Robert Price of Las Vegas, NV and Peter Michael Price (Kathe) of Ellicott City, MD; her grandsons, Brayden and Brody Davis; and her sister-in-law Debra Kovach (Perry) of Wintersville, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed in Marsha's memory to the charity of the donors choice.
