He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Turner (Leas); his daughters, Kayla Turner of Wellsburg, WV and Amanda Dunn (Tyler) of Wintersville, OH; his siblings, James Turner (Kathy) of Greenville, TX, Terri Pierce (Randy) of Mingo Junction, OH, David Turner (Rebecca) of Lakewood, OH, Jacqueline McCoy (Greg) of Rayland, OH, Frank Turner (Lynn) of Stow, OH and Michael Turner (Michelle) of Flat Rock, MI; his grandchildren, Blake Turner and Jessi Cremeans; and his mother-in-law Marge Leas (late Randy) of Mingo Junction, OH..
