He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Murtland and Geraldine R. Murtland (Jacobs); his sister Charlene Murtland; and his brother-in-law Kelly Lonetto. He is survived by: his sisters, Wilma Mucha (Robert) of Oxford, OH and Nancy Lonetto; his brother-in-law Ed Mascio of Mingo Junction, OH; and his siblings, Cheryl Brettell (Jack) of Mingo Junction, OH and Keith Murtland (Karol) of Toronto, OH. He is also survived by six nieces; four nephews; seventeen great-nieces and nephews and four great-great-nieces and nephews.
