It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene Sweda of Mingo, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Belford and Anna Belford (Cortez); her stepfather Vendal Gombarcek; and her nephew Christhoper Grigbsy. She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Sweda; her daughter Barbara Gross (Gerry) of Cumberland, OH; and her sisters, Carol Fornal (Richard) of Steubenville, OH. and Margaret Barrett of Steubenville, OH..
