She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Tiberio and Helen Candelore Tiberio; her husband James McCormack; and her brother Joseph Tiberio. She is survived by: her children, James McCormack (Theresa Costlow) of Cadiz, Ohio and Sherry McCormack of Mingo Jct; her brother Wilbur Tiberio (Delores) of Wintersville Ohio; her grandchildren, Megan Bell (Ricky), Melissa Ravasio (Michael), Matthew McCormack (Leah Cavanaugh) and Michael McCormack (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jameson Bell and Mack Ravasio.
