He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leroy Sr. and Eileen Stevens (Metcalf); and his brother Charles L. Stevens Jr. Robert. He is survived by: his nephew Steven John Shaffer (Charles L. Stevens III) of Mingo Jct; and his close friend Janice Fetty.
