She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Bulcher and Viola Bulcher (Bruening); her spouse Ivo Osterloh; her grandson Anton Osterloh; and her siblings-in-law, Ed Bulcher, Judy, Tom Dirksen, Alma, Ed Puthoff, Rita, Norbert Eilerman, Othmar Osterloh, Jerome Osterloh, Laura Osterloh, Alberta, Jack Rethman and Linus Osterloh.
She is survived by: her children, David (Tracey Osterloh), Maria Stein, Carolyn (David Stein), Donna (Paul Pohlman), Sandra Freer, Powell, Kevin (Rena Osterloh) and Lori Hagaman; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn, David Pax, Celina, Rose Bulcher, Yolanda Osterloh, Irvin, Norma Osterloh, Janice, Tom Weitzel, Powell and Jovita Osterloh. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joseph Church and Minster Historical Society.
