He was predeceased by : his parents, Marlin "Jiggs" Bollenbacher and Betty Bollenbacher (High); and his parents-in-law, Raymond, Winifred Scardino (Burke) of New Jersey, Joan, Ben Phillips, Eileen Scardino, Michael Scardino and John Scardino.
He is survived by : his wife Kathleen Scardino; his siblings, Karen, Charles, Pam Bollenbacher, David and Irene; and his parents-in-law, MaryLou Gamatko of New Jersey and James Gamatko of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
