We announce the death of Dennis B. Meyer of Minster, Ohio, who passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Meyer and Dorothy Meyer (Laut); his sons, Anthony "Oscar" Meyer and Gregory Meyer; and his in-law Larry Heinl.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Heinl; his daughters, Denise Meyer of Wapakoneta, Nann Stechschulte (John) of Minster, Jacqueline Olding (Kurt) of Minster and Susan Falk (Pete) of Minster; his grandchildren, Dennis Meyer, Chad Meyer (Sarah), Jimmy Stechschulte (Kelsey), Joby Stechschulte, Jayna Tran (Peter), Jacob Stechschulte, Sunni Lomnicki (Tyler), Kregg Olding, Jack Olding, Peter Falk (Emma), Jessica Bruns (Jake) and Bryan Falk (Kate Larger); his great grandchildren, Marianne, Johnny, Betsy Meyer, Drea, Luca, Dani Lomnicki, Eva, Maristella, Gia Tran, Cameron, Baker Stechschulte, Bennett Falk, Maxwell and Mallory Bruns; his in-laws, Hilda, Irwin Morsey, Joan, Robert Heckman, Alice, Thomas Kuehner, Charles, Rita Heinl, Mary Heinl and David Heinl; Lynn Meyer of Seabrook Island, SC.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the N. J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc. (61 S Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (48 N Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to F.J. Stallo Library Renovation Fund.
