It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Gene Phlipot of Minster, Ohio, born in Newport, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Phlipot and Lena Phlipot (Francis); his great grandchildren, Landen and McKinlee; his children-in-law, Ronald Baumer, Dan Goubeaux and Estella Phlipot; his siblings, Joseph, Charles, Leon, Edwin, Ernie, Mildred Gaier, Loretta Edwards, Eleanor Schlater, Pauline Siefring and Eileen Overman; and his brothers-in-law, Alvin Kemper, Lester Kemper, Elton Kemper and Robert Kemper.
He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou Kemper; his children, Cathy Baumer, Mark Phlipot, Paul, Pam Phlipot, Vicky Goubeaux, Andy, Brianna Phlipot and Keith Phlipot; his brother Francis (Janice Phlipot); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Phlipot, Evelyn Kemper, Rosemary Poeppelman, Tom, Ann Kemper and Xenia. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren.
