He is survived by: his parents, Ann Wise (Berning) of Sidney and Bill Wise (Terri) of Englewood, Ohio; his significant other Twila Russell of Botkins; his son Matthew Wise of Troy; his sisters, Lori Billing (Greg) of Anna, Linda Wise (Rodney Caldwell) of Columbus and Jenni Touve (Jay) of South Carolina; his nephew Ryan Billing (Brittney); and his nieces, Tiffany Rhodes (Adam) and Jessica Billing (Eric Marshal).
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cromes Edwards Funeral Home (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Miami County or to Project Ear in Jason's memory.
