She was predeceased by: her parents, Wright Watkins and Helen Watkins (Ward); her siblings, Paul Edward Watkins, Nancy L. Watkins-Casey and Ruth Ann Harris; and her nephews, Jeff Harris and Timothy Watkins.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" A. Kendall; her daughter Kenda Dawn Perez (Michael) of Edgewood, TX; her stepdaughters, Melisa Graszl (John) of Mansfield, OH, Tina Kendall-Schroeder (Tim) of Marengo, OH and Sara Weindruch (Julia) of Parkville, MO; her siblings, Philip Watkins (Jayne) of Sidney, Jenny Sanchez (Henry) of Minster and Carl Watkins (Teresa) of Minster; her brother-in-law James Harris of Rosewood; her grandchildren, Tommie Graszl (Kaitlyn), Daniel Graszl, Megan Schroeder, Amanda Schroeder Mihm (Jordan), Kyle Schroeder (Shannon), Allyssa Price, Sami Perez and Matthew Acton; her nieces and nephews, Julia Watkins, Laura Bihl, Phillip Watkins, Anthony, Matt Casey, Doug, Steve Harris, Jeremy, Bryce Minnich, Toni Malone, Carlie Watkins and Sally Noll; and her pets, Chloe, Buddy and Miss Kitty. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (302 S Main Ave, Sidney, OH 45365). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 at the Greenwood Union Cemetery - DeGraff (676 Cretcher St, De Graff, OH 43318).
