He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Bensman and Henrietta Bensman (Poeppelman); and his in-laws, Evelyn Monnin, Carl Monnin, Linus Monnin, Kathleen, Melvin Heuing and Elizabeth Mann.
He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean Monnin; his children, Rhonda (Terry Bergman), Mark (Lois Bensman), Rick (Missy Bensman), Kristine (Allen Garber), Troy, Lori (Troy Suchland) and Lisa (Jeff Dirksen); his grandchildren, Taylor, Clay Heitkamp, Derek Bergman (Faith Hagelberger), Jared Bergman, Josh Bensman, Heather and Cody Wendel; his great grandchildren, Levi, Bo, Zach "Rick" Bensman (Madison Cordonnier), Jake Bensman, Nathan, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Lauren, Jacqueline Garber, Jadyn, Blake, Tanner, Jenna Suchland, Logan, Carter, Chase and Sophia Dirksen; his siblings, Orville (Ruth Bensman), Sidney, David (Margie Bensman), Margie (Joe Moore) and Jane (Walt Homan); and his in-laws, Doris Monnin, Rita Monnin and Bill Mann. He is also survived by his family and grandchildren.
