With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas L. Griner of Minster, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on October 7, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Griner and Hilda Griner (Wise); his wife Janice Meyer; his son-in-law Allen Sprague; his brother Ted Griner; and his brother-in-law Jim Schulze.
He is survived by: his children, Terence (Lisa Griner) of Minster, Michael Griner of Minster, Kathleen (Bob Winner) of Minster and Peggy Sprague of Minster; his sister Marcia Schulze; and his in-laws, David and Dottie Meyer. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the N. J. Hogenkamp Sons, Inc. (61 S Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (48 N Hanover St, Minster, OH 45865). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grand Lake Hospice.
