He is survived by: his children, Cameron, Phoenix and Marquez Langenkamp; his fiancée Lisa Blackburn; his fiancée's children, Auria and Jasmyn Jones; his grandchildren, Jayden Jerome "JJ" Langenkamp, Jazlynn Jones and Torstein Stotridge; his siblings, Travis Langenkamp of Washington, DC, Tara Langenkamp, Columbus, Tasha, Doug Niekamp, Beavercreek, Tanya Langenkamp and Berlin; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Brianna, Jacob, Josh, Dominic, Tony, Cheyanne and Xavier.
