He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Perry and Delcie Hazel Pruitt Lane; and his siblings, Mike and Carol Lentz (Dave). He is survived by : his siblings, Tracey Lane and Bill (Jessie); his nieces and nephews, Amanda Alba (Refugio), Kim Lentz, Tina Lane, Missy Digman (Dave), Jennifer Wicks (Lester), Jon Lane (Trish) and Dave Lentz (Denise); his close friend Cathy; his pets, Sweetie, Lilly and Benni; his friend Andy; and also Maegen Postiy. He is also survived by six grandkids.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Donovan Funeral Home (34 S Cleveland Ave, Mogadore, OH 44260). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at the Greenwood Cemetery (3809 Mogadore Rd, Mogadore, OH 44260).
