He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Phares; and his brothers, Lealand Hartline (Roy) and Bill Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Russ (Pam) and Donald; his sister Margaret (Todd); his in-law Vona Mayton (Andrew); James Phares (Betty), Roberta Morrow and Nancy Kelly (Charles). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
