He was predeceased by: his mother Lydia. He is survived by: his son Kurt; his daughter-in-law Lindsey Friend; his grandchildren, Sofia and Payton; his girlfriend Linda Winkler; his girlfriend's children, John Winkler (Elizabeth), Kim Penticoff (Jason) and Patricia Lemley (James); and his pet Mazie.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305, USA). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
