He was predeceased by: his children, Mark Althauser and Amy Roberts; his sisters, Pat Cardis and Diane Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Guy "Junior" Pearson, Don Cardis, Bob Wilkins (Mona), Gary Picklesimer, Cathy Pearson and Joan Summers.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Mike; his son-in-law Mike Roberts; his siblings-in-law, Linda Picklesimer, Jim Pearson, Gary Moore and Dan Summers; his grandchildren, Corrine, Mickey (Marissa), Max, Charlie, Johnny (Jennifer) and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Ella Rae, Emily Lou and Baby Roberts.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home (34 S Cleveland Ave, Mogadore, OH 44260). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at the Greenwood Cemetery (3809 Mogadore Rd, Mogadore, OH 44260). Before COVID he was on two golf teams and a bowling team and loved to watch the Mogadore WIldcats.
