With solemn reverence, we commemorate Terrel Jay Saxe of Mogadore, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, whose life came to an end on October 5, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Meredith Saxe and Alice Saxe; and his brother David Saxe. He is survived by: his wife Karen "Dear"; his daughters, Leslie Smith (Glen) and Tracye Lanham (Craig); his grandchildren, Dylan, Reagan, Bo and Jackson; his great grandchild Oaklyn; his sister Linda Weyrick (Chuck "Bud"); and his sister-in-law Sue Saxe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and tons of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donovan Funeral Home - Mogadore (34 S Cleveland Ave, Mogadore, OH 44260).
In lieu of flowers the family asks donations to be made to the Mogadore Fire Department or the Mogadore Alumni Foundation.
