She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Jacoby Maier and Hilda Louise Maier (Epp) of Monroe, Ohio.; and her brother Thomas Edwin Maier of Middletown. She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Follmer (Pamela) of Middletown and Sharon A. Follmer of Monroe, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Kelly, Stephanie and Kayley. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care of Middletown or Monroe United Methodist Church.
