She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Upton and Julia Upton (Hobbs); and her siblings, Evelyn Goins (Peyton), Jeanie May (Lester), Lenore Kinner (Harry), Riley Upton (Lois), Wanda Bradbury (Tom), Joyce Buchheit (Bob), Betty Laubach (Bob) and Billy Upton (May).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Holmes (Gary), Carol Davis (Martin, Jr.), Bill Hendrickson, Jr. (Barb) and Bob Hendrickson (Debra); and her grandchildren, Brian Holmes, Christa Nolen, William R. Hendrickson III, Amanda Whitt, Martin Davis III, Robby Hendrickson, Cassie Herman and Danielle Boswell. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a nursing scholarship in her honor. These are to be made to: Middletown Community Foundation.
